This is just another reason why the Green Bay Packers are a fantastic organization. Not only do players interact with fans/owners (the team is literally owned by the general public), but now they are building customized burgers for the Green and Gold faithful as well.

Curly’s Pub, named for legendary coach Curly Lambeau, is nestled inside the stadium also named for Mr. Lambeau. It now features one burger named after and designed by a star player on the Pack. First up, quarterback Aaron Rodgers:

Curly’s is excited to offer a new Training Camp special in which a burger is featured that has been designed by either a coach or player.

Coach McCarthy, Ryan Pickett, Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews created their own special burgers and each will be featured for one week.  Only 500 burgers will be sold each week with a portion of all proceeds for that week going to the charity of their choosing.  The most popular burger will receive an additional donation for their charity.  Each burger will be accompanied by a commemorative photo and every 50th photo will be personally signed by the burger’s creator.

The items Rodgers has included on his burger are listed on the menu above. We approve of everything, even the peanut butter.

Eat your heart out, Pack.
