Week 4 for the ACC is in the books, and with if comes a new set of postseason bowl game projections, courtesy of ESPN.
The biggest mover this week is Maryland. Now 4-0, the Terrapins are coming off an absolutely dominating victory over West Virginia, 37-0. Virginia Tech, on the other, needed three overtimes to beat Marshall at home in a more than sloppy affair. At this point, coach Frank Beamer’s Hokies can expect a Music City Bowl berth unless they can find some way to improve as conference play opens.
The top three teams in the early going, Clemson, Florida State and Miami, can all still jostle for either the national title game or the team’s automatic bowl berth, the Orange Bowl. FSU is also expected to earn a BCS invite.
