On Saturday, it was reported that an arbitrator upheld the majority of Alex Rodriguez’s suspension by the league. As a result, the New York Yankees slugger will miss the entire 2014 season and postseason.
Despite the hefty penalty and evidence suggesting his role in the latest MLB PED scandal, Rodriguez has remained defiant.
There is perhaps no player in organized sports who provokes vitriol quite like Rodriguez. After the news broke, Twitter had a field day with America’s favorite whipping boy. Here are some of the best reactions from fans and media in regards to the ruling.

Perhaps A-Rod won’t be on the diamond this year, but you can still see the Bronx Bombers play by purchasing your tickets from the NY Yankees Official Ticket Exchange! Look up the schedule and find the games you want to see!
