Auburn and Florida State are headed to Pasadena on Jan. 6 to play for the 2014 BCS National Championship. Ohio State’s 34-24 loss to Michigan State in the Big Ten Championship Game propelled the Tigers into the title game.
The Las Vegas Hilton Sportsbook has released an early line for the championship, pegging FSU as a 7-point favorite to beat Auburn.

If the Seminoles are able to stop Nick Marshall and Auburn’s potent ground attack, they’ll be the first non-SEC school to win a national championship since 2005 (Texas).
Whichever team is able to raise the crystal ball will lay claim to the very last BCS National Championship Game in history. Next year, the College Football Playoff will take hold.
*UPDATE* As of Sunday (Dec. 8) evening, FSU is a 7.5-point favorite at the Las Vegas Hotel, and an 8.5 to 9.0-point favorite offshore.
