Photo: BCS National Championship game point spreads for each scenario

, , , ,

According to sports betting guru Danny Sheridan, Notre Dame would be an underdog against Alabama and Georgia in the BCS National Championship game.

As of now, Alabama would be a 7-point favorite, while Georgia would be favored by a field goal.

The Crimson Tide and Bulldogs square off this weekend in a de facto playoff game for a trip to Miami.

Which SEC team do you think will make it, and do you think Notre Dame can beat them? Let us know in the comments below!

What do you think?

Based on what I’ve seen of all teams involved, I think that Alabama wins its 15th National Championship.

I’d give Georgia at least a 6 point advantage over the Irish. Whether the Irish play Alabama or Georgia, they will not win the BCS Championship. They haven’t met strong defenses like these in their schedule. Nor have they come up against the speed of these two SEC teams.
