Following a big slate of games during Week 10 of the 2013 college football season, ESPN has updated its Big Ten bowl projections.
Ohio State remains the cream of the conference crop. They piled up the style points by scoring 42 first-half points against lowly Purdue. Even so, the undefeated Buckeyes will need some help to get to the BCS National Championship Game. They currently remain slotted for the Rose Bowl.
Even though Michigan State beat a tougher opponent than Wisconsin in Week 10, the Badgers remain the favorite for the Capital One Bowl. That means Michigan State will travel to the Outback Bowl.
Nebraska’s Hail Mary win over Northwestern succeeded in moving the Huskers ahead of Michigan and Minnesota, while also knocking the Wildcats out of the projections altogether.
