Infamous Alabama ‘teabagger’ sentenced to 2 years in prison

TOPICS:
,

The infamous Alabama ‘teabagger’ is in the “slammer like MC Hammer.”

On Thursday morning, Nola.com reported that Brian Downing, 33, has been sentenced to two years in prison. According to his attorney’s, that stint could be reduced to less than one year.

The man who will ever be known for rubbing “his genitals on a drunken LSU football fan at the Bourbon Street Krystal Burger after the 2012 BCS Championship game,” will now be trying to avoid the very thing that threw him behind bars for the foreseeable future.

As part of the plea bargaining, Downing will not be required to register as a sex offender.

The victim is also suing Downing and Krystal Burger for the events that transpired.

Do you think justice was served in this case? Let us know in the comments below!

No, I do not think justice was served. He will serve less than a year? And he doesn’t have to register as a sex offender? So, he serves a few months and then set free? And this is justice?

Get the fuck over it, honestly who gives a shit if a drunk alabama asshole has to register as a sex offended or not because he played a drunk prank on an drunker than him lsu fan, there has to be greater shit going on in this world than to talk about the only 2 college fan bases that wine more than notre dame fans and trust me im from northeast indiana, its hard to out wine an irish fan.

Matt: Your language says more about YOU than anything else. Beyond that, noone ever has a right to violate another human being. And the perpetrator in this case certainly didn’t appear to be all that drunk. He appeared to be showing off in front of his friends. Football is a GAME. What this Bama fan did was sickening and reprehensible! The sentence does not reflect the crime. I would not want him living in my neighborhood!
