In a scary moment during Saturday night’s Holy War between BYU and Utah, Cougars running back Jamaal Williams had to be carted off on a stretcher following a tackle.
At the time, the 6-foot, 200-pound sophomore had registered 13 carries for 52 yards. The injury he sustained immediately put all thoughts of numbers or the game out of anyone’s mind, however.
Luckily, his mother provided the media with a bit of good news a short while later.
