In what we have to say is one of the best new traditions within the college football landscape, Florida has replaced the retired Mr. Two Bits with celebrity alumni. The pre-game ritual has been a big part of Florida Gators football for decades, and now some of the highest-profile former student-athletes in school history get to lead the fun.

We have already seen Florida’s all-time leading rusher, Errict Rhett, as well as former Heisman Trophy winner Danny Wuerffel.

On Saturday, the Gators play host to an improved Arkansas squad, and former PGA Tour star Chris DiMarco will be the game’s honorary Mr. Two Bits.

The UF Hall of Famer looks like he’s pretty excited – as he should be. Again, this is a fantastic new tradition, and we here in The Swamp are excited to see who the school brings in next.
