Another day, another top recruit commits to the Crimson Tide. On Friday 4-star lineman Brandon Kennedy pledged his loyalties to Alabama, selecting the Tide over Auburn.
A rising senior out of Wetumpka, Alabama, Kennedy is listed at 6’2″ and 295 lbs. He is the 16th-ranked offensive guard in the country according to 247Sports Composite; Rivals has Kennedy as the nation’s No. 1. center.
Below is ESPN’s scouting report on the Tide’s latest commit:
Kennedy sees action at both tackle and guard, but we feel his ideal long-term fit is inside at OG. Needs to continue to develop and work to be consistent technically, but tough, strong prospect with good physical tools to grow into a productive starter for a power conference program.
Kennedy is the fourth offensive lineman to join Alabama’s No. 1 ranked class for 2015, and 20th commit overall.
