FAQ’s

Q: Who can order single-game football tickets and what are the availabilities of each?
A: Single game ticket will be available for the general public for the Utah State, Mississippi State, Florida Atlantic, and Samford (Homecoming) games. We encourage fans seeking away game tickets to contact the host school for availability.

Q: How do I renew my TUF season tickets on-line?
A: Click here for instructions

Q: I enter my username and password and click submit. I then get the same screen again asking for my username and password? Why does this happen?
A: This is a known issue when using Internet Explorer Version 6 or higher. Click on Computer Help for instructions.

Q: I have forgotten my password. Can I register again?
A: No…You can only register one time with your customer number and pin number. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password and it will be sent to you via e-mail. If your e-mail address has changed and you do not have access to the registered e-mail address, clicking Forgot Password will not work. You will need to contact the AU Ticket Office to solve the problem.

Q: What if I want to order fewer tickets than what shows as renewable?
A: Uncheck the box by the Renewable Tickets… Skip down to additional orders and put the total number of season tickets that you would like to purchase next to Football Season Tickets. Make a request under “Special Requests” as to which tickets you would like to keep.

Q: Can I purchase football tickets if I am not a member of TUF?
A: Tickets can only purchased by members of Tigers Unlimited prior to June 1, 2011. Football tickets will go on sale to non-members of Tigers Unlimited on June 1 based on availability.

Q: How do I change my e-mail address and/or shipping address?
A: Sign in with your old e-mail address or account number and password. Click “My Account”. Make any changes and update.

Q: How do I make a request to change my seat location?
A: Make the request under “Special Requests”.

Q: When will tickets be mailed?
A: We plan to mail 2011 football season tickets, single game orders, and road game orders on or around August 12, 2011. Season tickets will be mailed via 2 Day Fedex or U.S. Priority Mail. Single game tickets and road game tickets will be mailed via U.S. First Class Mail.

Q: Can TUF tickets be transferred?
A: TUF tickets are non-transferrable with one exception. Tickets can be transferred to a surviving spouse. Tigers Unlimited and the AU Ticket Office should be notified in the event of death so that the tickets can be transferred to the surviving spouse. The tickets are not “automatically” transferred to the surviving spouse.

Q: How do I indicate where I would like my season chair back rental to be placed?
A: Please indicate which seat(s) you would like your season chair back rental(s) to be attached to under “Special Requests”. This is only necessary if you order fewer chair back rentals than season tickets.
