Oklahoma Assistant Coach Thinks Bob Stoops Should Make More Money

OU Sooners running backs coach Cale Gundy recently saw a comparison of the top salaries for college coaches and their winning percentages. The graphic gave him an opportunity to suck up to his boss, Bob Stoops, which he took full advantage of.

The way Gundy sees it, Stoops should be the highest paid coach based on winning percentage. He only trails Alabama coach Nick Saban, who is bringing home a hefty $6.9 million in 2014.

Considering the last few years of Alabama football, it’s pretty outstanding that Stoops has a higher winning percentage than Saban. That being said, it’s also a flawed comparison seeing that the two play different levels of competition week in and week out. Saban also has four national titles to his name, compared to Stoops’ one.

But let’s look at the big picture here. They’re all still millionaires.

Also, how much does he look like his brother Mike Gundy?
