Ohio State lost its first game of the season on Saturday against Michigan State. It was a tough loss that got a lot of Buckeyes fans and players upset. One of the most angered players was star running back Ezekiel Elliott.
Elliott announced his decision to enter the NFL Draft immediately following the loss. He also criticized the coaches during his post-game interview.
The running back blamed the loss on the coaches’ play-calling. His outburst was very shocking and got a lot of attention from the media.
ESPN’s Fran Franschilla even suggested Urban Meyer should bench Elliott for next Saturday’s game against Michigan.
If Urban Meyer plays Ezekiel Elliott next Saturday, I just wasted 30 bucks on his new book. Above The Line. Need to do the right thing.

The commentator was obviously disturbed by Elliott’s lack of respect for his coaches. But, if Ohio State wants to redeem themselves next week they can use any help they can get.
Elliott is one of the best running backs in college football right now and is expected to be a first round draft pick. He may just need to work on his attitude before he turns pro.
