Following in the footsteps of the College Football Playoff, ESPN has assembled a squad of 13 experts to help evaluate the best teams on a weekly basis with its College Football Power Rankings. The Worldwide Leader then compares the human-produced list to its Football Power Index, which ranks teams based on a mathematical formula.
