Single game tickets will go on sale on July19th at 9:00am. Tickets can be purchased online, at the Athletic Ticket Office, or by calling 1-866-ILLINI-1. Single game tickets range between $50-$65. The general public can also purchase season tickets through the ticket office. Horseshoe Tickets ($99) are sold out for 2011, the remaining season tickets range between $320-$360.

Student priced tickets are only available to full time University of Illinois students with a valid UIUC Student ID. Students have 3 options for purchasing tickets: (1) Student Vouchers, (2) Block I Season Tickets, and (3) Single game tickets. Vouchers are $99, Block I tickets cost $134, and single game tickets range between $25-$50. Block I are sold out for the 2011 season.

Will Call, Recruits, Players Family
Public Will Call
Football Will Call is located at the UI Athletic Ticket Office, located on the west side of the Assembly Hall (south of Memorial Stadium). Will call opens 2 hours prior to kickoff. In order to obtain tickets at will call, a photo ID that matches the name on the order must be presented at the time of pick up. If tickets are not picked up, no refund will be issued.
Illinois Player Guests, Recruits and High School Coaches
Individuals who have been named by an Illinois football player to receive a ticket, individuals being recruited by Illinois, or high school coaches will pick up their ticket at the Irwin Indoor Practice Facility located at the corner of Fourth Street and Peabody Ave. just east of Memorial Stadium. All recipients will be required to show a valid ID.
Visiting Team Tickets
Tickets that have been ordered through or issued by the visiting team, will pick up their ticket at the Irwin Indoor Practice Facility located at the corner of Fourth Street and Peabody Ave. just east of Memorial Stadium. All recipients will be required to show a valid ID.
Press Will Call
Press will call is located at the UI Athletic Ticket Office, located on the west side of the Assembly Hall (south of Memorial Stadium). Will call opens 2 hours prior to kickoff. An ID will be required when picking up press credentials.
It is the responsibility of each patron to inform the UI Athletic Ticket Office of any changes of address. Changes of address must be done in writing and may be faxed to the UI Athletic Ticket Office at 217-244-4170, or mailed to UI Athletic Ticket Office, 100 Assembly Hall, 1800 S. First Street, Champaign, IL 61820. Please use the Change of Address Form to make changes or corrections. Please remember that any changes of address will not be accepted via telephone in order to protect the privacy of patrons.
Mailing of Tickets
All tickets will be mailed approximately 2 weeks before the event. If tickets have not been received by the week of the event, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office to have replacement tickets issued. Replacement tickets will be held at Will Call and available for pick up on the date of the event. Tickets ordered 7 days or less prior to an event will not be mailed and must be picked up at will call.
All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket. Infants and toddlers, ages two and under, are allowed to enter the arena at a discounted ticket price. For $5, fans can purchase an infant ticket, but the infant must sit on the lap of an adult during the game. Tickets can be purchased at the Athletic Ticket Office located in the North Box Office of the Assembly Hall. This policy applies to events held on the University of Illinois campus only and excludes any postseason events.
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets sold through the UI Athletic Ticket Office. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Athletic Ticket Office for customers with special/unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or forgotten tickets purchased through the Athletic Ticket Office may be replaced for full face value plus a $5.00 fee per ticket (paid at the time the replacements are issued). Tickets purchased at the window, through a second party, or at a ticket outlet may not be replaced, as there is not a seating record available. Customers who locate and return their tickets within 2 weeks of the event will only be assessed the $5.00 fee. Stolen tickets will be replaced for a service fee of $5.00 per customer if copy of the police report is submitted to the Athletic Ticket Office at the time of the request. In the absence of a police report, the above policy will apply. Laundered or mutilated tickets will be replaced for a service fee of $5.00 when pieces of the ticket are provided. If pieces of the ticket cannot be provided, it will be treated as a lost or forgotten ticket. Replacement tickets have precedence over the original tickets.
Accessible Seating Policy
All requests for season tickets in the accessible seating areas will be filled first (based on availability). If no seats remain after filling season orders, then no single game accessible seating will be sold. Please call the Athletic Ticket Office with any specific accessibility need in advance of your event to enable us to serve you better.

- Access to Row 25 in the Horseshoe is located at the south end of Memorial Stadium.
- Assistive Listening Devices can be obtained at the information booths on the east and west concourses.
Payment for Tickets
Tickets will not be released or held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express only. Checks must be made payable to the University of Illinois.
