Jordan-Hare Stadium Diagram

ATMs

ATMs can be found inside the stadium by the student gates, on the West Concourse between gates 13 & 14 and by gate 1. Major credit cards will be accepted at concessions stands on the main concourse of the stadium.

Charging Stations

The charging station, located on the Northwest Ramp/Student Section, provides guests the opportunity to recharge their mobile phones so they can stay connected while at the game. For more information visit www.stadiumcharge.com.

Chair-Back Rental

Watch the game in comfort by purchasing a chair-back seat. Reserve your chair-back for the season by calling the AU Ticket office at (334) 844-4040 and your chair-back will be installed prior to the first home game. Chair-back rentals are also available for rental at each game on the lower East and West Concourses, as well as the upper decks.

Concessions

A variety of food and drink options are available throughout the inner concourses of Jordan-Hare Stadium. Select concession stands accept credit cards. Concessions are also available outside the stadium prior to the game at Plainsman Park, outside the South End of Jordan-Hare Stadium and on the East Lawn of the stadium.

Disabled Services

Elevator passes: Fans in the upper decks that are disabled or have special needs can request an elevator pass. A letter from a doctor or a copy of your disabled parking placard can be faxed to Judy Mask at (334) 844-2399 or mailed to P.O. Box 351, Auburn, AL 36831-0351.

Disabled parking spaces are available on game day. Please be considerate of others. To park in handicapped parking areas, fans will need a state-issued handicapped hang tag or license plate.

First Aid

The First Aid Stations are located under Section 46, East Upper Deck, and West Upper Deck. Police officers and security guards will be patrolling the stands. If you need assistance, please look for an officer. If you bring children to the game, please instruct them to look for an officer if they become separated from you. A child wristband ID program is available at the Tiger Fan Fest prior to each game and at the stadium Guest Services Booths after the stadium gates have opened.

Guest Services Booth

Four guest services booths are located on the stadium concourse. Services offered at these locations include: child ID wristband distribution, stroller check in/out, game by game elevator pass distribution and stadium information.

Lost & Found

Any items found during the game should be given to a stadium usher or taken to the First Aid Station on the concourse under Section 46. If you lose an item, please check there to see if it has been turned in. Items that are not picked up by the end of the game will be given to Auburn Police and can be picked up at the Police Department.

Merchandise

There are many locations throughout and around Jordan-Hare Stadium to purchase officially licensed Auburn merchandise and souvenirs. The largest store is located just inside the main entrance at Auburn Arena. During the season, the Auburn Team Shop store at Auburn Arena is open before and after all home games, as well as from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays following home football games. The Auburn Team Shop can be reached at 334-844-8147.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited on the North, South and Upper Deck concourses as well as all seating sections and any other congested area of the stadium. Smoking areas have been designated by the placement of cigarette waste receptacles in select locations, which include the stadium ramps and Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast corners on the lower concourse.

Stadium Tram

Two tram routes have been established to shuttle guests from various parking lots to specific drop off points on the East and West sides of the stadium. Trams run two hours before the game, during the game and two hours post-game Please see the game day map for further details.

Guest Assist

Guest Assist provides a simple text message code that will permit Auburn fans to send questions, concerns or requests via their mobile phones to the command and control center at Jordan-Hare Stadium. For stadium assistance or to report an issue, text the word Auburn, followed by your message and location to 78247. Standard text messaging rates apply.

Stadium Re-entry

No pass-outs are given for any reason. Police officers cannot give pass-outs. If you leave the stadium, you must purchase another ticket to re-enter. If tickets are not available, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Prohibited Items

Umbrellas, video cameras, still cameras with detachable lenses (SLR-type), backpacks, recording devices, artificial noisemakers, food/beverage containers, bottles, weapons, stadium seats with arms and alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside Jordan-Hare Stadium, as well as items deemed inappropriate or unsafe by stadium personnel.

Inside Jordan-Hare Stadium

Providing a positive Game Day experience is one of Auburn Athletics’ five fundamental goals. The safety and security of our fans is paramount in this effort. The following policies are in place to ensure that all fans enjoy a positive and safe Game Day experience at Jordan-Hare Stadium:

Auburn Athletics Fan Code of Conduct

Fans will be consistently treated in a professional and courteous manner by all Auburn Game Day staff.

  • Our guests’ experience will not be disrupted by unruly actions or behaviors of others. Guest should report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or facility / operations staff member.
  • Guests will enjoy the Auburn Game Day experience free from foul / abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Guests possessing alcoholic beverages are subject to ejection. Intervention with the impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Those appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or will be subject to ejection from Auburn athletics facilities.
  • Guests must not go onto the field, throw objects onto the field or interfere with play. Violations will result in immediate ejection and/or arrest and prosecution.
  • Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
  • Fans wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be admitted into Auburn Athletics facilities.
  • Auburn Athletics does not allow signs or banners of any kind. Clothing or other items may not be hung over the railing as they might interfere with the event.
  • Guests will comply with requests from staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • Fans must adhere to the Code of Conduct provisions or they will be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of season tickets and may also be in violation of federal/state/city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Purchase your officially licensed Auburn merchandise at a number of Team Gear stands in and around the stadium. Stands are located on the East and West Concourses inside the stadium, as well as at Sewell Hall, Plainsman Park, Tiger Fan Fest, and Petrie Hall outside the stadium. The main location on the West Stadium Concourse will open 3 hours prior to each game. Fans can access the main location via Gate 14.
