With the news that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo would be sidelined with a back injury, the point spread for the final regular season game between Dallas and Philadelphia shifted significantly.

Sunday’s showdown between the two teams is the de facto NFC East championship game. The Eagles opened as 3-point favorites to win, but are now favored by 7.5 points. Vegas views Romo being replaced by Orton as a 4.5-point shift in the line.

The Cowboys now have less than a week to brush the dust off of backup Kyle Orton.

Dallas and Philadelphia will square off on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
