During Tuesday night’s National League Wild Card playoff game between Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, Reds’ pitcher Mat Latos’ wife, Dallas, claimed to have been attacked by a Pirates fan.
She took to Twitter shortly after the incident to express her displeasure.
On Wednesday, police looked into the incident and determined that it was a “he said, she said” matter and that the case was closed.
Following the press conference, Latos took to Twitter again to voice her frustrations, and make sure that everyone knew she is going to press charges.
With her husband coming off a 163-game season, it sounds like they need to take a vacation, not get into a legal battle over “he said, she said” bologna.
