Missouri Tigers wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham has been arrested for “suspicion of drug activity.” The AP reports that Green-Beckham was booked Saturday morning and released later that day. Team officials have not commented on the situation other than to say they are aware of the arrest, and are gathering information.
This is not the wide receiver’s first run-in with the law while at Missouri. In 2012, he and two teammates were arrested for allegedly smoking marijuana in a parking lot near Memorial Stadium. The players later pled down to second-degree trespassing.
During his sophomore season in 2013, Green-Beckham led the Tigers with 12 receiving touchdowns.
