New England Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola was supposed to be slowed by a strained hamstring against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Instead, in an incredibly scary moment, he had to be helped off the field after a massive helmet-to-helmet collision with Rafael Bush.
We don’t know if he was knocked out cold, but he collapsed headlong into the turf and remained there for an extended period of time. He eventually brought himself to his feet, but was very wobbly while being lead off the field.
It did not take long before he was reportedly ruled out for the rest of the game.
