During Thursday night’s game between Mississippi State and Kentucky, former Florida Gator Jesse Palmer stepped out onto a limb – a limb that probably doesn’t have much support.
Palmer proclaimed that Mississippi State sophomore quarterback Dak Prescott was the best running quarterback Bulldogs coach Dan Mullen has ever coached. On the surface, it doesn’t seem like much. But when you think about the quarterbacks Mullen has coached, Tim Tebow and Alex Smith, you may scratch your head.
Both Tebow and Smith are known for their running ability. Smith was the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft, while Tebow won the Heisman. One of the main reasons Tebow has been so successful is because of his incredible running ability.
Each person is entitled to their own opinion, but come on Jesse. You know better than this.
