Jim Furyk ‘Dufnering’ at Jags game, challenges Jaxson in closest to pin

PGA golfer Jim Furyk teamed up with Jacksonville mascot Jaxson DeVille on Sunday to bring the crowd at the Bills-Jaguars game some very solid halftime entertainment. The two engaged in a closest-to-the-pin contest, but beforehand, paid a tribute to Auburn’s finest: Jason Dufner.

Atop the Sky Patio in the south end zone of EverBank Field, Furyk and Jaxson did a little “Dufnering.”

The two then battled it out for charity by seeing who could hit the ball closest to the pin, which was set at the 50-yard line.

Jaxson prevailed, showing the nation that he has a little golf game.

The Jaguars will make a donation to Furyk’s favorite charity. Other golfers to participate in this year’s closest-to-the-pin contest include Billy Horschel, Matt Kuchar and Bud Cauley.
