Kendrick Perkins chases Joakim Noah out of the Thunder’s locker room

Following Oklahoma City’s 107-95 Thursday night win over Chicago, Thunder guard Thabo Sefolosha, who used to play for the Bulls, invited Joakim Noah back to his team’s locker room. Judging from Kendrick Perkins’ reaction, Sefolosha’s invite was not from the entire team.

According to Anthony Slater of The Oklahoman, Perkins chased Noah right out of the locker room. Following is the exchange the two had – you can almost hear Noah’s voice behind his lines as you read.

Perkins: “They just let anybody in the locker room?”

Noah: “C’mon man.”

Perkins: “I’m just asking though.”

Noah: “C’mon man.”

Perkins: “Just let anybody in the locker room now?”

Noah: “You want me to wait outside?”

Perkins: “I’m just saying, though.”

Noah: “If you want me to wait outside, I’ll wait outside.”

Perkins: “Get your ass up outta here.”

Noah: “Aight.”

Russell Westbrook also came to Perkins’ side at the time, stating his displeasure with Noah’s presence as well.

Noah and Perkins later exchanged more words in the hallway.

It’s not uncommon for players to visit opposing locker rooms following games. Many of them have played with each other, or have friendships off of the court. The Bulls have an open locker room policy for former players.
