No. 25 Miami Hurricanes pound No. 1 Duke Blue Devils for historic upset [Photos]

It was all smiles in South Florida on Wednesday night. The No. 1-ranked Duke Blue Devils stormed into town with their fancy new ranking, only to be curb-stomped by the No. 25-ranked Miami Hurricanes.

The Canes, led by Durand Scott’s 25 points, flexed their muscles for a 90-63 victory over the Dukies, the third biggest blowout over a No. 1 team in NCAA history and the first win over a top-ranked team for Miami.

It was that kind of night for The U and these photos show just the celebration that ensued as the final seconds ticked off the clock.
