With his 27 points on Sunday, LeBron James passed Larry Bird for eighth on the all-time playoff scoring list. LeBron has 3,898 points (one more than Larry Legend), and now chases The Logo, Jerry West, who stands at seventh with 4,457.

It took LeBron 25 less games than Bird to reach the number – 139 game to 164. For his career, LeBron’s playoff points per game is 28, whereas Bird averaged 23.8.

Two active players, Kobe Bryant (5,640 – third overall) and Tim Duncan (4,641 – sixth overall), sit ahead of LeBron on the list. Below are the top 10 NBA career playoff points leaders.
