New York Giants rookie Cooper Taylor has decided to channel his inner entrepreneur since his team won’t be playing in the Super Bowl. He and girlfriend Susan Carlson, a real estate broker, are renting out their apartment on Craigslist and Airbnb.
According to the New York Post, Taylor found it too depressing to watch the game from nearby, so he and Carlson will either travel to Texas and be with family, or join some teammates in Manhattan.
“We thought it would be the best time to get out of the city and go on vacation because that week will be a madhouse,” said Taylor.
Taylor’s Craigslist ad describes a convient location for visitors during the week. It’s two blocks away from a train to the stadium, and a 25 minute commute into the city. The 9,000 square foot apartment will also come nicely furnished.
I will supply linens, tv, cable, internet, pots and pans and it will be ready to use and move-in for the week!
It sounds like the perfect spot for anyone wanting to live like an NFL player during the league’s biggest week.
