The ever-interesting quarterbacking situation in New York just changed once again. According to the Jets’ official Twitter account, the team has released Graham Harrell (who was only picked up recently after being cut by the Packers) and instead signed former Notre Dame star and Cleveland Browns first-round pick Brady Quinn.

Quinn was a bust in Cleveland, however, and has since spent time in Denver, Kansas City and Seattle. He was only a member of the Seahawks for this preseason before he himself got the axe from coach Pete Carroll.

Quinn joins the circus-show under center on Broadway along with the embattled Mark Sanchez and second-round draft pick Geno Smith.

Interestingly enough, Quinn was beat out in Denver for the starting job by Tim Tebow.
