The NFL should hand out more awards. Well, actually, whatever, forget the awards –  the NFL should just hand out superlatives at the end of each season like a group of high school kids.

The New York Jets’ season was definitely as dramatic as any high school dating scene, that’s for sure. Especially with coach Rex Ryan tugging at the heartstrings quarterbacks Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow and even Greg McElroy over the 2012 campaign.

Sanchez, with his errant passes and glazed-over eyes, might be named ‘Biggest Disappointment’, while Tebow may have earned himself ‘Most Fake Happy in Press Conferences’ honors for his efforts at putting on a happy face. However, while McElroy may have scored himself the ‘Biggest Head-Scratcher’ superlative, Ryan is not the ‘Biggest Dummy’ or ‘Worst Coach’ that we all might assume him to be.

No, instead, this dude goes down in the yearbook as ‘Creepiest (and palest) dude of all time’ — call it the C- Dolt for short. Or simply forget the ‘C’ and just go with ‘dolt’.

That all sounds much more appropriate considering the tattoo Ryan was spotted as having inked onto his right arm, hopefully at least when Sanchez was busy leading his Jets to AFC Championship games.

While on vacation following the dumpster fire that was his team’s 2012 season, Ryan’s tattoo was exposed to the public, and the New York Post went ahead a published it on their back page:

It’s a depiction of his own wife wearing nothing but a Mark Sanchez jersey.

Seriously, you simply cannot make this stuff up; no wonder Ryan stuck with Sanchez for so long instead of benching him in favor of Tebow.

Creepiest. Dude. Of all time.

At least Ryan knows that ESPN analyst agrees with him — or at least just plain hates Tim Tebow.
