To say the Oakland Raiders have struggled with first-round NFL draft picks over the past decade would be an understatement. Out of eight selections, five are completely out of the league.
Darren McFadden and D.J. Hayden are the only two players still left on the team. Darrius Heyward-Bey is suiting up for his third team – this year with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
If the players Oakland selected weren’t enough to make you cringe, the ones picked next (right column) own a combined 18 pro bowls.

With the fifth pick in this year’s draft, the Raiders will once again have another chance to help right the franchise’s ship.
