Ole Miss Player Turns Intentional Walk Into Game-Winning Home Run

This is one of the wilder plays you’ll see all baseball season – professional or college. With two on and no outs in the bottom of the 13th inning, Ole Miss third baseman Austin Anderson turned intentional walk attempt into a game-winning home run.

Auburn relief pitcher Jay Wade attempted to walk the bases loaded, but instead of throwing outside, his pitch hung over the plate. Anderson jumped on the meatball and crushed a three-run bomb over the right field fence. Ole Miss won the game 8-5.
