Oregon Ducks unveil 2014 Nike Pro Combat ‘Mach Speed’ uniforms

Just when you think Oregon has tapped out all of the possible uniform designs, the Ducks go and unveil something like this. On Friday, we were given our first glimpse of Oregon’s new 2014 Nike Pro Combat “Mach Speed” uniforms the team will debut at the Alamo Bowl.

It’s all about speed. For the last decade Nike has continually evolved college football uniforms for the country’s best teams. Among these, the Oregon Ducks football uniforms are on the cutting edge of innovation, with the clear goal of optimizing athlete performance and speed on the field. On December 30, Oregon will take the field wearing the latest Nike Pro Combat “Mach Speed” uniform, the most innovative Nike Pro Combat system of dress to date.

The Ducks unveiled a set of white and green uniforms, as well as a set of black and yellow threads.

First, a look at the white uniforms.

Next, the black threads.

Texas is the designated home team for the Alamo Bowl, and will wear dark uniforms. That means you can expect Oregon to suit up in the white and green set. The game is set for Monday, Dec. 30 at 6:30 p.m. ET.
