Trojans fans have seen Pat Haden in USC athletics for ages. He was the co-MVP of the Rose Bowl in 1975, and was named the Southern Cal athletic director in 2010.
However, those fans, and everyone else, will been watching Haden in a different role — singing a solo.
Haden made his theatrical debut in a campus theater production of “The Most Happy Fella,” on Thursday, according to CBS Sports. The guy has even got himself his own solo.
“I’ve started in two NFC championship games and played in front of hundreds of thousands of people athletically,” said Haden before the show’s opening. “This will be, singularly, the most frightening night of my life.”
