Store changes sign to ‘Murriwins’ to honor Andy Murray’s Wimbledon crown

Andy Murray saw his celebrity status shot into the stratosphere over the weekend when he became the first British tennis player to win in front of the home faithful at Wimbledon in a whopping 77 years.

To honor the big win, Morrison’s changed its storefront facade to read “Murriwins.”

In terms of fanship, this is pretty legit, but we’re waiting for a little more. For example, where are the English pubs with their “Murray Bombs” or the cafes with their “Murrimosas?”

This guy’s a legend now, let’s go!
