Souther Miss coach Todd Monken may be done coaching his 17 departing seniors, but that doesn’t mean he’s finished with his job trying to help them grow as young men.
Following a rough, 1-11 football season, Monken gave one of the best gifts we’ve seen to his players. He outfitted each of them with a suit, so that they would be prepared for job interviews.
According to AL.com, Bret Bector, Southern Miss’ associate professor of management, posted the photo of the seniors in their suits to Twitter and Instagram.

This season was Monken’s first with the Eagles. The team’s only victory was over UAB in the season finale.
