Johnny Manziel has been dominating the headlines with his autograph escapades, but he isn’t the only Aggie who found himself in some trouble this off season.

Junior cornerback Deshazor Everett and junior safety Floyd Raven were arrested this past April for allegedly striking two men in the face during an altercation at an apartment complex. On Sunday, the Aggies announced that the two starters will be suspended at some point during the year. Per GigEm247, Everett has received a half game suspension, while Raven will ride the pine for a full game.

The game(s) that the two will be suspended for has not yet been announced.

Raven appeared in 13 games last season, recording 16 total tackles. With the departure of safety Steven Terrell, Sumlin was looking to Raven to step into the starting role.

Everett started 12 games and had a memorable interception to help seal the upset defeat of Alabama last season. He finished the 2012 campaign with 56 total tackles and two interceptions.
