Tiger Woods half-brother arrested for calling in fake a bomb threat

The half-brother of PGA golfer Tiger Woods has been arrested for calling in a fake bomb threat to his place of employment. Earl Dennison Woods Jr. is Tiger’s half-brother from their father’s first marriage to Barbara Woods Gray.

KVOA in Tucson reports that Woods called the threat into the Department of Economic Security around 8:30 a.m. Over 100 people were evacuated from the building. Woods has told police that the call was meant as a prank, and that he intended no harm.

Police have booked Woods on one count of using a device to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass. As of writing, Tiger has not yet commented on the arrest.
