Welcome back to the way-too-common Tim Tebow contract offer. Up this week we have an Italian football league team.
The Associated Press has reported that the Milano Seamen is offering Tebow $200,000 to suit up for the team’s four-month season. The season would begin in March, which would give him plenty of time to return for his potential broadcasting career.
Seamen president Marco Mutti is reportedly awaiting a response from the former Heisman Trophy winner.
“The offer has been made to his agent and now we’re waiting for a response. … We would be more than happy to have him.”
One thing Tebow will own when his working career is all said and done is a list of the most ridiculous contract offers in history.
