Prince Fielder is not used to finding himself way out in center field. However, on Tuesday in Lakeland, Fla., that is precisely where the massive Detroit Tigers first baseman found himself as pitchers and catchers reported for Spring Training duty.

Fielder and 76 Little League players were on hand at Peterson Park, just a few miles from Joker Marchant Stadium, where the Tigers play their Spring Ball, as Topps unveiled the world’s largest baseball card.

At 90 feet long and 60 feet wide, the unveiling served a a larger-than-life preview of Topps’ Series 1 baseball card set for the 2013 season.

According to the Detroit Free-Press, the card would fit 82,944 regular-sized baseball cards to fill the massive likeness of Fielder, or 83,966 baseballs.

And that, boys and girls, is a lot of sticks of stale chewing gum.
