In his first game back from a broken collarbone, Aaron Rodgers delivered in a huge way on Sunday.
On fourth down, with less than a minute to play in the Green Bay-Chicago game, Rodgers eluded a blitz and threw up a deep pass. Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb slipped behind the entire Bears defense, hauling in the pass for a 48-yard touchdown.
The play gave Green Bay a 33-28 win over Chicago, as well as an NFC North title and No. 4 seed in the 2014 NFL Playoffs.
