There’s dumb, and then there is Andrew Bargnani’s three-point shot against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night. With his New York Knicks leading 94-92 in overtime and under 15 seconds left on the clock, Bargnani had a brain fart for the ages.
Following a Carmelo Anthony miss, Tyson Chandler tossed the rebound out to Bargnani. Instead of holding the ball to draw a foul and head to the charity stripe, with a chance to ice the game, Bargnani fired up a three-point shot. He missed, and the Bucks ended up tying the game on the ensuing possession.

The Knicks overcame the gaffe in the second overtime, topping the Bucks 107-101.
