It seems like a black cloud is hovering over the city of New York’s basketball teams. Normally, the Nets leaving the court with 0.2 seconds to play wouldn’t be a big deal, but due to their train wreck season, everything is magnified.
As San Antonio attempted to dribble out the final moments of the game the shot clock expired before the game clock. Rather than call the contest, the refs made Brooklyn inbound the ball for the final 0.2 seconds. Unfortunately, the Nets had already hightailed it into the locker room.
Sit back and watch what begins as an awkward situation, and slowly grows into a comedy of errors perfectly emblematic of the Nets’ season.
