David Shaw gives TEDxTalk at Stanford: ‘Can Football Change The World?’

Stanford Cardinal head coach David Shaw believes his program is changing the world with its elite play and academic successes. (Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports)

The Stanford Cardinal is coming off a Fiesta Bowl win two years ago and a Rose Bowl victory last year. The program has not only been built into a national power, but has also been able to maintain an elite level of academic performance.

Coach David Shaw hopped up on stage and gave a TEDxTalk regarding his philosophies and how, yes, schools and student-athletes can have it all.
