Video: Greg Oden scores first points in NBA regular-season game since 2009

The Miami Heat may have lost to the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night, but they still had a feel-good moment. Greg Oden scored his first points in a regular-season game since 2009.

This was the first contest Oden has played all year since being signed by the Heat in the offseason. He was a game-time decision after Chris Andersen was ruled out.

In his first action of the season, the former No. 1 draft pick played 8 minutes, scored 6 points and pulled down 2 rebounds.

Go ahead and smile, Greg. You earned it.
