Jeff Teague broke the Cleveland Cavaliers’ hearts on Thursday night. The Atlanta Hawks point guard knocked in a buzzer beater to defeat the Cavs in double overtime.
With five seconds to play, Teague started working his way in from the center of mid court. As time ticked down he penetrated quickly, used a jab step to create space, and then pulled up from the left elbow. The ball hung on the rim like a carnival shot before going down after the final buzzer, good for a 127-125 win.
Teague finished the game with 34 points and 14 assists.
