Matt Kemp hands disabled fan autographed ball, jersey and shoes [Video]

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp proves to be a truly class act when he heads over to where a disabled fan is seated to hand over an autographed baseball.

But Kemp wasn’t done with just a baseball. He followed with his hat and jersey.

And then his shoes.

The YouTube description states it better than we ever could:

Matt Kemp is sucha great person. He came over after the game and made one of my best friends night 🙂 he’s fighting a tough battle and this was sucha great gift by Matt Kemp ! I’ll never forget this.

This video will bring a smile to your face. Good on you, Mr. Kemp.
