If NC State wants to compete against the upper echelon of teams in the ACC, it is going to have to spend the dough like Clemson, Florida State, North Carolina and others.
Those programs all have indoor practice facilities – already old hat in the north where they are necessary in order to practice year-round, but only now starting to bleed into the south.
The Wolfpack expect their $14 million new space to be fully functional and ready for everyday use by the spring of 2015. Until then, coaches, players and fans alike can peer into the future with this slick new rendering released on Tuesday.
