Did you know that Chris Paul is really good at basketball?
Like, really, really good?
Because if you don’t, then Tony Allen sure does. Allen is one of the best on-ball defenders in the NBA, and a big reason why Memphis won 56 games this season. However, the Grizzlies could have tied both of Paul’s hands behind his back (and yes, we realize this doesn’t actually make sense, just go with it) and still beat them.
It must be the power of the beard. If only Chuck Norris understood that.
Paul buried a driving, fading layup at the buzzer to give the Clips the hard-fought, 93-91 win and a commanding 2-0 series advantage over Allen and the rest of his Grizzlies teammates.
