Remember the scene above from last October? Marcus Lattimore doesn’t.

The former superstar South Carolina running back shredded his knee against Tennessee a few days before Halloween. However, his rehabilitation efforts have been otherworldly. In fact, he was impressive enough during scouting events that the San Francisco 49ers selected him in the fourth round of the 2013 NFL Draft.

Of course, coach Jim Harbaugh told Lattimore not to worry about trying to play this season – but if this video is any indication, Harbaugh may not have a choice but to trot him out onto the field.

Shooting a commercial in the Gamecocks’ Williams-Brice Stadium, Lattimore first sprints up a set of stadium stairs. He then shows off the type of lateral range that is so important if an athlete is going to compete successfully at the highest level.

Both videos were posted to YouTube by Lattimore’s stepfather, Vernon Davis Jr., and both ask the same question: What knee surgery?

Check out Lattimore’s relatively unhindered lateral movement below.
