Yahoo! Sports has introduced its mock draft of the NFL’s first round, and just like in college, the SEC has dominated the charts.

Five college football stars taken in the first 10 picks in this early mock-up are SEC players (Texas A&M and Alabama to be far more precise) and 14 of the 32 total will have played in the Southeastern Conference.

Asterisks denote players that are currently underclassmen and could thus remain in school for another year should they so desire, and the ‘P’ following teams’ names are the teams currently slotted for a playoff berth.

Wait, Jarvis Jones 29? You’ve gotta be kidding me.

Barrett Jones at 26 would be a steal. He may be the greatest college lineman of all time. 3x All American at three positions, 2XSEC Champ, 2X Outland Winner, and possibly 3X National Champ. BEAST!

Jarvis Jones is the best OLB on that list. He did his work in the SEC. might be a reason that list is loaded with SEC talent.
