Admission

All guests entering Heinz Field must have a valid event ticket or credential to gain admission into the stadium. Guests arriving afterhalftime should use Gate B, which will be open the entire game.

Alcohol

Guests of Heinz Field must be 21 years or older to purchase/consumealcoholic beverages. ARAMARK reserves the right to check proof oflegal drinking age. There is a maximum of two (2) beers per purchaseat all concession stands. All alcohol sales in the seating bowl will bediscontinued at the end of the third quarter. ARAMARK has the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at anytime during an event.

ATMs

Nine PNC Bank ATM’s are located throughout the stadium:Northeast end of the Coca-Cola Great Hall on the East Side,Southeast and Southwest corners of the South Plaza, Lower LevelNorth behind Section 127, East Club behind Section 214, West Clubbehind Section 237, Upper Level East behind Section 516 and Upper Level West behind Section 539.

Banners & Signs

Banners and signs in good taste may be displayed in the stadium,provided they do not block fan sightlines or stadium signage.Banners/signs that are attached to poles are prohibited.

Container Policy

For the safety of all our guests, bottles, cans, coolers, thermoses,flasks, or any other type of container deemed to be potentially harmful in any way are prohibited in Heinz Field.

Designated Drivers

Guests of legal drinking age who hold a valid driver’s license and wish to sign up to be a designated driver may stop by the designated driver booth outside the Pittsburgh Sideline Store in theCoca-Cola Great Hall on the East Side. In return for safe and sobertransportation of their group from Heinz Field, the designated driverwill receive a coupon redeemable for
a soft drink during the game.

Designated Drop-Off

For guest convenience, two accessible drop-offs are provided:the intersection of Art Rooney Avenue and Reedsdale Street at theNortheast corner by Gate B, and off of North Shore Drive at theSouthwest Corner, directly across from the Carnegie Science Center.

Elevators

Elevators are located at the Press Entrance (Southwest corner of stadium across from the Carnegie Science Center), Gate C Suite Lobby and Gate B Suite Lobby for use by guests holding suite ticketsand disabled guests.

Escalators

Escalators going to all levels of Heinz Field are located in the East and West Rotundas at Gate A.

Fan Courtesy Policy

For the safety of all Heinz Field guests we encourage courteous andconsiderate behavior by all guests. PSSI Stadium Corp. will not tolerateoffensive language, inconsiderate or rowdy behavior directed towardsother guests. If a guest wishes to report intolerable behavior, please goto the nearest guest services room. All ticket holders are responsiblefor whoever utilizes their tickets and occupies that particular seat for any game played at Heinz Field. PSSI Stadium Corp. will notify inwriting the ticket holder of record of any report of fan misconduct.

First Aid

Five first aid rooms are located throughout Heinz Field. Medical services are provided before, during and after each event. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest stadium personnel. Locations are: East Side behind Section 103 in the Coca-Cola Great Hall, Lower Level North behind Section 123,Northeast Club Level, Upper Level East behind Section 517 and the Upper Level West behind Section 541.

Gate Entry

Entry gates are Gate A (South), Gate B (Northeast) and Gate C(Northwest). Gates open for guest entry two (2) hours prior to kick-off.All gates are handicap accessible. Guests are encouraged to arrive early.

Guest Services

Guest Services assists guests before, during and after each event atHeinz Field, including lost children, emergency paging, lost and found,stadium information, car trouble, hearing impaired amplifiers and comments. Guest Services Rooms are located throughout Heinz Field:East Side behind Section 104 in the Coca-Cola Great Hall, Lower LevelNorth behind Section 123, Upper Level East behind Section 504 andUpper Level West behind Section 528. If guests need assistance on non-gamedays, please contact (412) 697-7700.

Merchandise

Guests wishing to purchase Pittsburgh Steelers and University ofPittsburgh merchandise can find Pittsburgh Sideline Stores and various portable stands located throughout Heinz Field. In addition,Art’s Gallery on the Lower Level East behind Section 112, features limited edition lithographs, collectibles and memorabilia. Please seeGuest Services for exact locations. Merchandise can also be purchased at www.steelers.com.

Re-Entry

Re-entry is not permitted at Heinz Field. In case of a medical emergency, please proceed to the Guest Services Kiosk at Gate B.

Restrooms

There are 48 restrooms located throughout Heinz Field. Family restrooms with changing tables are located on the East Side behind Section 105 in the Coca-Cola Great Hall, Lower Level Northbehind Section 124, West Side behind Section 141, East Club behindSection 205, West Club behind Section 240, Upper Level East behindSection 505, Upper Level West behind Section 529 and Upper Level North behind Section 522. All restrooms are accessible and have accessible stalls.

Guests at Heinz Field are asked to cooperate with security personnel to ensure the safety of all guests. In addition, fans who wear or bring heavy clothing, jackets, or blankets may be asked to open such items for inspection and pat down. The following items are not permitted:

  • Bags
  • Back Packs
  • Coolers (hard/soft sided)
  • Thermoses
  • Large Purses (larger than 8 1/2 x 11)
  • Cans
  • Bottles
  • Flasks
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Laser Pointers
  • Strollers
  • Video/Movie Cameras
  • Tripods
  • Audio Recording Equipment
  • Banners/Signs on Poles
  • Weapons
  • Any other item deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate

Small purses, small camera cases, binocular cases and diaper bags will be permitted, however, all items that do not pass security must be returned to vehicles. Heinz Field is NOT responsible for items left at gates. For the most up to date security information, please log on to www.steelers.com.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the seating bowl, restrooms, Coca-ColaGreat Hall, clubs or Luxury Suites. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas, concourses and ramps.

Special Events

The Coca-Cola Great Hall, South Plaza, Club Lounges and Press BoxDinning Room are available for rent for parties and other events on non-event days. For more information, please call (412) 697-7160 or visit www.steelers.com.

Telephones

There are public telephones located throughout Heinz Field as shown on the Heinz Field Level layout maps on the reverse side.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted in Heinz Field, but are not permitted to be opened.
